Other model types (chibi/nonhuman designs) may have different prices compared to humanoid designs. This will be priced and discussed with the client accordingly.
The rush fee depends on the fullness of my queue and how soon you need it done, and will be discussed accordingly.
VBridger Mouth Tracking uses VBridger, which is an additional plugin for VTube Studio/Live2D which uses iOS face tracking for better (mouth) tracking.

Terms of Service
Read these terms IN FULL. By commissioning me you agree to the following:
terms and condtioned outlined here.
to provide feedback/thoughts or acknowledgement when updates are sent in a timely manner (within 48 hrs)
that you have enough funds to pay for the commission, and that the funds are your own.
that you will not file a dispute on PayPal or chargeback and contact me, the artist, in the event that you require a refund.
Payment
All payments are made through Paypal Invoices.
In order to reserve the slot, a payment must be made on the invoice. Generally, this is 50% of the original price, though extenuating circumstances can be discussed.
The prices listed on this subject are subject to change. However, if I have quoted you a price and the invoice has already been sent and/or partially paid, that price will not change.
There are no refunds. Unless there are extreme extenuating circumstances, such as an inability to finish the commission in a timely manner, or at all, no refunds will be extended.
The final product of any commission, rig or otherwise, will not be delivered until payment has been delivered in full.
In paying for a rush order, your piece is immediately placed at the front of the queue, and the rush fee is decided upon depending upon how soon the model is needed. If the deadline is to demanding, I may not be able to accomodate you.
Issuing a chargeback or dispute without requesting a refund will result in immediate blacklisting.
PayPal Disclaimer
All sales of mine are "Digital Artwork" and it is the artwork's "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client to be shipped to them physically.
I am not required to physically ship any item unless it is explicitly discussed.
Process
Unless I've accepted a rush commission, your commissioned piece will be completed within 2 weeks to 2 months time, depending on the size of the piece and other IRL circumstances that may affect me.
I will send periodic WIPs (especially with VTuber rigs) to keep you updated on the process. In the case of illustrations, the sketch is sent for approval once it is done. After the sketch is approved, only minor changes can be made.
The rigging project (cmo3) file is generally not provided unless there are extenuating circumstances or the project fee is paid.
Additions to rigs requested by the commissioner may be discussed, though may cause the rig to be finished later.
I reserve the right to refuse any project.
Usage/Credits
ANY of my works are NOT to be used as NFTs or Non Fungible Tokens, even if the Commercial Fee is paid.
ANY of my works are NOT to be used in Artificial Intelligence art databases for any reason whatsoever, even if the Commercial Fee is paid.
Any art commissioned from me is free to use on Twitch/Twitter/etc for profit, but may not be used for merch/store profits unless the Commercial Fee is paid.
I require credits on both twitter and any other platform my art appears on, if it is base work (such as a base model or full illustration). In this case, the credit must be in an easy to see place, such as a twitter bio or Twitch Panel.
I may post WIPs of models on my Twitter (or stream progress on Twitch) unless the Privacy Fee is paid. Images, videos, or gifs may also be posted after the commission has completed. (If the privacy fee is paid, I will wait to post showcases until after debut.)
If, at any point, the Client decides to sell a character that includes a Live2D Model/Model art made by me, please contact me! I won't say no but I would like to be informed.
Preferences
Much of my art style is based on humanoid characters, though nonhuman characters are within my ability.
Animations for illustrations are at this time experimental, and may be limited in scope, but still available.
I WILL NOT DRAW THE FOLLOWING:
Detailed mecha/machinery
Detailed cars/vehicles
Fetish or NSFW art
Self harm
Anything associated with NFTs, Cryptocurrency, or AI Art.
Other themes or subjects not included on this list that I, the Artist, may not be comfortable with.
